Accessibility
Effective 6 September 2026
We want everyone to be able to read this site, and we treat an access barrier as a defect rather than a preference.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. This site is built as plain semantic HTML with a skip link, visible keyboard focus, text that reflows to any window width without horizontal scrolling, colour contrast above the level the guidelines require, alternative text on images, and no motion, automatic sound or time limits. It respects your operating system's reduced motion setting, and it does not depend on JavaScript.
Where we may fall short
We have tested with keyboard navigation and with browser zoom, and we review against the guidelines by hand rather than by audit. We have not yet commissioned an independent conformance audit. If something does not work for you, the fault is ours and we would like to know.
Telling us about a barrier
Write to contact@zetairisk.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Say what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what technology you were using if you are happy to. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix what we can straight away. If you would prefer the content of any page in another format, ask and we will send it.
