Who we are

ZETai Risk Labs is a company organised in the State of California, United States. Write to us at contact@zetairisk.com about anything on this page.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. There are no cookies, no pixels, no tag managers, no analytics, no advertising technology, no embedded fonts, videos, maps or scripts loaded from third parties, and no forms to complete. Every asset on these pages is served from this site itself.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs for security and operation, which can include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you or to identify you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

We receive whatever you put in the message: your name, your email address, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep an ordinary business record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list from an inbound email, and we do not pass your message to anyone outside the company except a service provider who helps us operate email, under contract, or where the law requires it.

Categories of personal information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, the categories we may hold are identifiers, meaning your name, email address and IP address, and the content of your own communications with us. We collect them for the business purposes described above, from you and from our hosting provider's logs. We keep correspondence for as long as the business relationship or a legal obligation requires, and server logs for a short operational period.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not do so with respect to anyone we know to be under sixteen. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing here for a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to switch off. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it.

Your rights in California

If you are a California resident you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it, to correct it if it is wrong, and to delete it. You may exercise these rights twice in a twelve month period, free of charge, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

Write to contact@zetairisk.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will verify that the request really comes from you, usually by replying to the email address already on the correspondence, and we will answer within forty five days, or tell you why we need longer. An authorised agent may act for you if they give us written proof of their authority.

Residents of other states with comparable laws may make the equivalent request, and we will handle it the same way.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We honour them by not tracking anyone in the first place, so there is nothing for the signal to change.

Children

This site is meant for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security and international transfers

We take reasonable measures to protect what we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our systems are operated in the United States. If you write to us from elsewhere, your message will be handled there.

Changes

If we change this notice we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. If the change is significant, we will say so on the home page.
