Insurance products described anywhere by ZETai Risk Labs or its affiliates are available only where the relevant entity is licensed, only through a licensed producer, and only on the terms of the policy actually issued by the carrier. Nothing on this site creates a relationship of insurer and insured, agent and principal, or adviser and client.
Intellectual property
The ZETai name, the ZETai mark, this site's text, design and images belong to ZETai Risk Labs or its licensors. You may read the site and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, adapt or republish it, or use our marks, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only so far as the law permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to that venue.
